Orakçı Yapı, which has been providing contracting services in the construction sector for many years, has completed many successful public infrastructure, superstructure constructions and industrial building projects. It established and operated aggregate production facilities and ready-mixed concrete plants in Bursa and Balıkesir.
Orakçı Yapı, which today realizes privileged residential and residential-commercial mixed concept projects, builds factories and business centers within the scope of contracting services.
ORTEM
One of Turkey's first companies in the urban cleaning sector, Ortem has expanded its scope of activities over time to become a national service provider with 3,000 employees. Adopting an integrated waste management approach, Ortem has carried out many successful projects in the fields of collection and transportation of municipal solid waste, city cleaning, operation of landfills, establishment and operation of licensed packaging waste sorting facilities. It contributed to urban aesthetics in many cities by providing municipalities with services for the creation and maintenance of parks and gardens.
Today, Ortem continues to provide operational leasing and fleet management services for municipal service vehicles at its construction sites in Bursa, Balıkesir, Tekirdağ and Muğla.

Orakçı Makina is a global company that designs, manufactures, develops, sells and provides after-sales services for on-vehicle service equipment, realizes its main production in Turkey and continues to grow with strong local collaborations.
Designed and developed by its own engineers at its Design Center approved by the Ministry of Science, Industry and Technology, the company exports special service equipment such as hydraulic compression garbage bins, elevated working platforms, road sweepers to the whole world.
PLASKAR
Plaskar manufactures plastic injection parts with high-tech injection molding machines and robotic production systems in a 10,000 square meter closed area in Bursa Kayapa OSB.
Plaskar, which produces plastic parts for the automotive, public transportation, aviation and packaging sectors, offers just-in-time and perfect service in line with customer needs and total quality system targets.
ORMOLD
Ormold provides plastic injection mold design, manufacturing and modification services to the automotive, white goods, medical, packaging, public transportation seat and aviation sectors.
With its strong injection molding machine park and advanced quality laboratory, it offers perfect products to its local and international customers thanks to its collaboration with Plaskar.
NOVADA EDREMİT AVM
Novada Edremit Shopping Mall, invested by Orakçı Group and started to serve in 2016, welcomes 9 million visitors annually with its 35 thousand square meters of leasable area. Designed with a spacious, modern and easily navigable architectural approach, the shopping center hosts 75 national and international brands.
